Not at all! our products range from mild to hot, with spice levels listed on packages and in product descriptions. whether you prefer a gentle kick or a fiery flavour, we have options to suit every taste bud.

• Instant masala chai is an instant version of the tea itself, ready to be enjoyed with just the addition of hot water.
• Chai masala is the spice blend itself. this can be added to your own tea brew or in baked goods!

Our spices are sourced whole from India, then toasted, ground, and hand-blended in-house at our facility. This ensures freshness and quality in every product we offer.

All of our blends are our formulations from our recipes created by my mom when my parents ran their restaurant in Toronto for 25+ years. these flavours will be familiar to those that we've had the pleasure of making food for and will delight to those exploring our flavours for the first time.

Most of our products are vegetarian/vegan as they don't contain animal products or dairy, even the ones made for meat items can be substituted for vegetarian or vegan alternatives. please read the packages as a few contain dairy and animal products in them.

• Each product is labeled with allergen information. while our facility adheres to food safety standards, please note it handles wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, sesame, and seafood, which may result in trace elements even if they are not directly used in the products themselves.

• most products have a Best Before Date of 2+ years.
• some products have an Expiry Date which is usually 18 months from production.
• dates will be listed on each product.

• Absolutely! our spices and blends are carefully packaged in high-barrier, moisture, and odour-proof pouches, designed to preserve their flavour and aroma. store in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight to maintain their freshness for up to two years. while they remain perfectly usable beyond this timeframe, please note that prolonged storage may gradually affect their colour and potency. rest assured, our commitment to quality means you can still enjoy their exceptional taste and aroma, albeit with slight variations over time.
• products with an expiration date are exempt from this. please do not use the product past this date.

Follow the directions on your pouch for ingredients, quantities and cooking time. Our instant dinner mixes are designed for meals in 30 minutes or less.

There are a few pointers listed on the packages itself, but we will update our aunty's tips and tricks page to have video tutorials of how to use the packages, alternative uses as well as pairings.

yes! most dishes can be accompanied with sauteed vegetables, rice, roti or naan. we also have chutneys it can be eaten with. the options are endless.

Our blends are packed in a high-barrier odour and moisture-free pouches. so as long as the packages are kept in a cool dry place, the spice blends can last for 2+ years. the instant meal packages will be slightly shorter than this but will be listed on the packages.
