How spicy is spicy?

Nothing goes past medium. Butter chicken is mild and kid-friendly, tikka masala and channa masala sit at mild to medium, and vindaloo is medium — the warmest we make. Every pouch shows its level, and a little extra cream or coconut milk softens any of them.

What do I actually have to buy?

The pouch, plus a few fresh things. Most mixes need water, cream or coconut milk, and your protein or vegetables. The back of every pouch lists exactly what to add.

How many people does one pouch feed?

Four. One pouch makes dinner for four, or dinner for two with lunches handled the next day.
